DESCRIPTION:The African American Alliance for Homeownership invites prospective homebuyers and current homeowners to attend their homebuyer education class on Saturday\, November 10th from 9am-5pm. Attendees who complete the course will receive a HUD-approved homeowner education certificate. \nClass topics include budgeting\, savings\, affordability\, credit\, working with a lender/REALTOR®\, how to avoid predatory lending practices\, and more! \nPre-registration is required. Homebuyer education class registration can be done online or by contacting the African American Alliance for Homeownership at (503) 595-3517.
