SUMMARY:Reviving the Central Eastside (Portland)
DESCRIPTION:Each year the students in the PSU Real Estate Development Workshop produce a development plan for a property site in the Portland or Seattle area. Assisted by the local chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)\, a team of 11 PSU students in the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program focused on the central east side. \nThe Pelett family is one of the largest property owners in this rapidly changing neighborhood and own the iconic City Liquidators business.
