RPR Interactive Investment Analysis Made Easy with Valuate
This session will begin with a brief discussion of concepts and terms pertaining to real estate investment. Then we will walk attendees through the process of using data to guide the site selection process and show them how to analyze potential returns with the tools found in Realtors Property Resource. Our scenario will focus on multifamily—however, the processes learned are applicable across all investable property types.

RPR Commercial Fundamentals
Participants will learn how RPR Commercial can make their day-to-day activities more efficient. We’ll start with searching and viewing properties, then dive into analyzing the surrounding community to ensure a good fit for a business. Next, we will touch on the investment analysis tool and dig in using RPR Commercial for site selection. We’ll wrap up by highlighting the reports that allow an agent to walk their client through the process.
