The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) invites you attend Buying and Selling Income Properties (CRS 204), a course designed to support students in identifying money-making opportunities, comparing potential investment opportunities, calculating investment to rate of return, and more.

This course is worth up to 15 CE credits in Oregon and Washington, and can count for up to 16 credits toward a CRS designation.

This class was developed to help REALTORS® address buyers’ concerns about homeownership affordability and to provide practical information about financing programs and products that may help financially challenged for first-time homebuyers in the Portland metro region.
