GOCAI Seminar and Social (Wilsonville)
The Greater Oregon Chapter Appraisal Institute (GOCAI) invites real estate professionals to their seminar and social. Four speakers will discuss a variety of topics:
- Civil litigation and ACLB complaints
- Determination of ADU contributory value
- Using Google Earth to search for land sale comparables, measure sites, and more
- Optimization of Excel for appraisal research and writing
