Portland State University invites real estate professionals to their annual conference. Sam Chandan, the Associate Dean of the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, is keynote speaker. He will update the crowd on national real estate dynamics, financial markets, and their influence on the region. Afterward, the audience will discuss regional challenges and uncertainties impacting the commercial real estate industry.

Do you have the knowledge and skills it takes to advise your clients on property value and use various smart home technologies? What are the common security and legal considerations associated with buying and selling smart homes?

These questions—and more—will be addressed in a one-day course offered by the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), Power Up on Smart Home Technologies.
