Thanks to those who participated in the\u00a02011 RMLS\u2122\u00a0Subscriber Satisfaction Survey!<\/font><\/h2>\n

\"\"<\/a>This year’s Subscriber Satisfaction\u00a0Survey was\u00a0a great success. Thank you to\u00a0everyone who took the time to participate! We had a total of 2,199\u00a0 subscribers answer the survey, which is about 20.7% of all RMLS\u2122 subscribers.<\/p>\n

As incentive to participate, we gave away a free quarter of RMLS\u2122 dues to TWO randomly selected subscribers who took the survey. Our\u00a0lucky winners were Whitney Thill and John Goldhammer! We also gave away a Starbucks giftcard to the 2,011th survey respondent. The Starbucks card\u00a0winner was Amy Asivido. Congratulations to our winners!<\/p>\n

Our Next Steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every comment will be read over by a small team of RMLS\u2122 staff and sorted into categories. Then, comments that need a response will be answered via email or phone by the appropriate RMLS\u2122 staff member. The survey responses will be graphed and shown to the RMLS\u2122 Board of Directors, and the feedback will be used to help decide on projects for the upcoming year.<\/p>\n
