RMLS\u2122 Events:<\/strong><\/p>\n

-December 3:<\/strong> On Saturday, December 3rd, we will be completing part one of a two-part server move. This will require us to pull RMLSweb<\/em> offline for one hour from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM while we move our corporate servers. During this brief outage, all RMLS\u2122 websites will be unavailable. Beyond this one-hour unavailability of RMLS\u2122 systems, the IMS (Internet Member Services) system may lose availability intermittently throughout Saturday evening as we move our servers.<\/p>\n

-December 17-18\u00a0:<\/strong> On Saturday, December 17th and Sunday, December 18th, we will be moving our RMLSweb <\/em>servers to the data center in downtown Portland. This will require us to place RMLSweb<\/em> in maintenance mode for\u00a0the weekend\u00a0from December 17th to December 18th. While RMLSweb<\/em> will be in maintenance mode, users will be able to search for listings and agent contact information. During maintenance mode, the searchable content on RMLSweb<\/em> will be read-only and users will not be able to save searches, create profiles or enter listings.<\/p>\n

-December\u00a026:<\/strong> All RMLS\u2122 offices will be closed on December 26th for the holiday.\u00a0 In addition, the RMLS\u2122 Help Desk will be closed on Saturday, December 24th and Saturday, December 31st.<\/p>\n

-December 7:<\/strong> Join Parr Lumber and the Home Builders Association for the 2012 Annual Housing Forecast Breakfast<\/a> on December 7th from 7:00 \u2013 9:30 AM at the Oregon Convention Center.<\/p>\n

-December 8:<\/strong> Oregon Association of Realtors\u00ae hosts\u00a0a webinar called\u00a0Smoke\/Carbon Monoxide Alarms –\u00a0Laws and Rules<\/a>\u00a0from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM for one credit hour.<\/p>\n

-December 8:<\/strong> Portland Metropolitan Assocation of REALTORS\u00ae presents the\u00a0“Law and Rule Required Course” from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. For information and to register, click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

-December 10:<\/strong> Salem Association of Realtors\u00ae is hosting its annual Children’s Christmas Party<\/a> from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.<\/p>\n

-December 14:<\/strong> The Oregon REALTORS\u00ae Young Professionals Networks hosts The YPN “Appy Hour”\u00a0 with Jeff Meucci <\/a>from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the office of the Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS\u00ae.<\/p>\n
