RMLS\u2122 subscribers will have access to hundreds of datasets on over 150 million properties across the country through RPR at no additional cost. These reports include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tax assessments<\/li>\n<li>Notices of default (NODs)<\/li>\n<li>The largest database of foreclosure and pre-foreclosures in the country<\/li>\n<li>Mortgage and history data<\/li>\n<li>Value estimates, refinements, and comp analysis<\/li>\n<li>Neighborhood and demographic information<\/li>\n<li>FEMA flood maps<\/li>\n<li>School zoning and information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On RMLS<em>web<\/em> subscribers will be able to quickly access a listing on RPR using the button on the search results screen or at the bottom of an Agent Full report:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/rmlscentral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/RMLSweb-RPR-Search-Results-Button.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6753 aligncenter\" alt=\"RMLSweb RPR Search Results Button\" src=\"http:\/\/rmlscentral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/RMLSweb-RPR-Search-Results-Button.jpg\" width=\"206\" height=\"57\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/rmlscentral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/RMLSweb-RPR-Agent-Full-buttons.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6750 aligncenter\" alt=\"RMLSweb RPR Agent Full buttons\" src=\"http:\/\/rmlscentral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/RMLSweb-RPR-Agent-Full-buttons.jpg\" width=\"248\" height=\"52\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">RMLS\u2122 and RPR have also integrated ZIP code statistics at the bottom of the Agent Full report on RMLS<em>web <\/em>(below). Click the green button (above) that says &#8220;[+] RPR Statistics by Zip&#8221; to view these statistics, which are based upon the listing&#8217;s ZIP code, county, and state.<a href=\"http:\/\/rmlscentral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/RMLSweb-RPR-Agent-Full.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6752 aligncenter\" alt=\"RMLSweb RPR Agent Full\" src=\"http:\/\/rmlscentral.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/RMLSweb-RPR-Agent-Full-300x230.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"230\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rmlscentral.com\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/RMLSweb-RPR-Agent-Full-300x230.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rmlscentral.com\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/RMLSweb-RPR-Agent-Full.jpg 770w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Additional features and reports will be available by logging in to the RPR website.<\/p>\n<p>RMLS\u2122 subscribers don&#8217;t need to take action to register: RPR will be pre-registering our subscribers\u00a0using their NRDS ID in order to simplify access.
