\"PSULogo\"<\/a>RMLS\u2122 is active in the real estate community across all the areas we serve. Each year we lend support to a variety of events such as classes, installations, and charitable golf tournaments, all organized by our shareholder and member associations.<\/p>\n

What subscribers may not know is that RMLS\u2122 also supports the Master in Real Estate Development (MRED) program at Portland State University. RMLS\u2122 wants to encourage the cultivation of professionals in real estate, and does so in a couple of ways.<\/p>\n

Each quarter, the department releases the Center for Real Estate Quarterly<\/a>. Fans of our Market Action<\/em> newsletter will find even more numbers in the quarterly, as well as insightful analysis of the Portland-area and statewide markets by MRED Academic Director Dr. Gerard Mildner<\/a> and the graduate students of the program. RMLS\u2122 provides Market Action<\/em> statistics for inclusion in this quarterly.<\/p>\n

Readers of the online publication may also notice that the contributors include a RMLS\u2122 Student Fellow. RMLS\u2122 sponsors one fellowship each year, awarded to an applicant who is expected to contribute to each issue of the Center for Real Estate Quarterly for the year.<\/p>\n

RMLS\u2122 believes that supporting the education of REALTORS\u00ae boosts the reputation of the real estate industry as a whole. To that end, RMLS\u2122 is proud to support the Portland State University MRED program and its students in their work.<\/p>\n
