2035 Comprehensive Plan (Portland)

$25 – $35The Women’s Council of REALTORS® Portland Network invites you to join them for a presentation about the 2035 Comprehensive Plan with John Cole, Senior Planner from the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability.
The Comprehensive Plan is a long-range land use and public facility investment plan to guide future growth and the physical development of the City of Portland. The new 2035 Comprehensive Plan was adopted on June 15, 2016. This is the most significant update of the plan since the original was adopted in 1980. Portland’s comprehensive plan is a long-range plan that helps the city prepare for and manage expected population and employment growth as well as plan for and coordinate major public investments. The new plan will take effect on May 24, 2018, at 1:00 PM.
