Avoiding Fair Housing and HUD Discrimination Complaints (Eugene)

July 15, 2013 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Presented by Nancie Koerber of Project REconomy, this course is worth 3CE and covers:

1)  Who is a protected class and why;

2)  What you can say or not say;

3)  Where the HUD regulations apply to agents, property managers, and lenders;

4)  How agents need to protect themselves and their clients;

5)  What is considered predatory behavior; and

6)  How to protect yourself from association with other professionals that are violating HUD guidelines.

This is a fast moving, interactive class wherein we share stories and examples and want to hear the agent’s stories and questions. HUD is shopping agents and lenders currently in Oregon. It’s a good time to get informed.

Each attendee must register individually on the event’s web page.
