RMLS™ invites real estate professionals to attend their Broker Education Series event in the Brookings area. RMLS™ staff will present Realtors Property Resource® (RPR). Attnedees will learn hwo to utilize RPR as a tool for applying integrated data sources to better serve home buyers and sellers. This course will include an overview of specific features such as property history, value refinement, market activity, and neighborhood information. This course will also utilize information on how to create a CMA, utilize chart and graph comparisons to educate consumers, and explore the RPR investment analysis tool. Finally, the course will include an in-depth review of RPR Mobile™. This class is worth 3CE in Oregon.
