Business Briefing Breakfast Series: Polishing Up the North Pearl (Portland)

$20Students in the Portland State University Real Estate Development Workshop produce a development plan each year for a property site in the Portland or Seattle area. Students form a real estate development team and produce an original development plan including development concept, market analysis, conceptual design, economic analysis, and management plan.
The North Pearl District holds over 2,500 housing units plus office, retail, and 21st century industrial buildings currently under development. The student team has created a development plan for the district and the Melvin Mark property and historic building at NW 17th and Thurman. REALTORS® are invited to watch as they present their plans to a panel.
