Fred will speak about today’s retail consumer looking for a sense of place as much as a place to shop, and the creation of this special space is as important as tenant mix in assuring the success of a new retail venture. (CE credit is available for non-members of CCIM for a $15 charge.)

CCIM’s monthly marketing sessions offer great opportunities to present your properties and enhance business and professional skills, network, and gain knowledge. The marketing sessions are typically for just CCIM chapter members but for the November luncheon we are opening it to all guests attending the luncheon.
