FreeA team of PSU Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) students have been studying redevelopment options for 3.5 blocks of property owned by Burns Brothers in the Central Eastside district of Portland. Current uses include a gasoline station, industrial warehouse, retail shops, food carts, and a Victorian apartment building.
