One of the new grants created FHCO’s first Fair Lending Investigations Unit. The work under this grant will incl…ude research, testing, trainings, and advocacy for those experiencing lending discrimination. Additionally, FHCO’s new Inclusive Communities Grant seeks to investigate segregated housing patterns and the policies, community involvement processes, and zoning laws that create these patterns. Both are enforcement grants with a specific focus on outreach to build partnerships with communities and advocates.
