Homebuyer Education Class (Portland)

$30 – $50The African American Alliance for Homeownership invites prospective homebuyers and current homeowners to attend their homebuyer education class on Saturday, July 16, 2016. Attendees who complete the course will receive a homebuyer education certificate.
Class topics include budgeting, savings, affordability, credit, working with a lendor/REALTOR®, how to avoid predatory lending practices, and more!
Pre-registration is required, and can be done by contacting the African American Alliance for Homeownership at (503) 595-3517. Registration costs $30 per individual, $50 per couple, with refreshments and lunch included. Everyone is welcome!
