The African American Alliance for Homeownership invites prospective homebuyers and current homeowners to attend their homebuyer education class on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 9am-5pm. Attendees who complete the course will receive a HUD-approved homeowner education certificate.

Class topics include budgeting, savings, affordability, credit, working with a lender/REALTOR®, how to avoid predatory lending practices, and more!

Pre-registration is required. Homebuyer education class registration can be done online or by contacting the African American Alliance for Homeownership at (503) 595-3517. Registration costs $30 per individual, $50 per couple, with refreshments and lunch included. Everyone is welcome!
