What Every DIYer Needs to Know: Keeping Yourself Safe from Lead Paint Hazards
Any building constructed before 1978 may contain lead paint. Before scraping, sanding, or remodeling any painted surface in pre-1978 housing, it’s important to determine if you will be working with lead paint. This workshop will teach lead-safe renovation methods, ways of testing for lead, and the process of hiring a lead-safe contractor.
