Landlord Boot Camp (Springfield)

$99 – $130The Rental Owners Association (ROA) of Lane County presents Landlord Boot Camp, a class that covers issues a landlord should know, from screening and move-in through move-out and deposit reconciliation. The course is taught by Tia Politi, ROA President, rental owner, and Lead Property Manager for Acorn Property Management.
Pre-registration is required by Tuesday, March 1st, and this class sold out twice in 2015. Class fee includes class materials, morning snack, lunch, and up to 7 CE credit hours if credit is requested.
