Making Sense of Millennials: The Next Generation of Buyers (Webinar)

$20 – $25The Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® (PMAR) invites members to join them in a webinar about millennial homebuyers. The webinar will present concepts, strategies, and programs targeted at helping millennials become homebuyers, including:
• How student loans impact qualifying
• Down payment hurdles
• Competing with all-cash offers
• Enhancing pre-approval
• Understanding the rent vs. owning analysis
