Omitted Properties (Beaverton)

FreeRMLS™ debuts a new training facility in Beaverton this November with Omitted Properties with Steve Anderson. In this one-hour class, attendees will learn what an omitted property is and how it can affect your buyer/seller. Attendees will learn what the causes are, and how an assessor determines whether a property is eligible for an omitted property notice.
