Open Enrollment Begins for PSU Real Estate Classes

Interested in taking a real estate class at PSU?
Portland State University Center for Real Estate is offering the following courses this term for non-degree seeking students:
• Real Estate Development I

• Real Estate Finance I (Exposure to Excel and Economics is required)
Dr. Eric Fruits, Economist, Economics International
• Development Project Design
Paddy Tillett, Director of Urban Design, ZGF Architects
• Real Estate Law
Alan Brickley, Lead Counsel, First American Title
• Real Estate Valuation I
Matthew Larrabee, Principal Appraiser, Real Estate Services Group, Inc.
Enrollment opens September 14th and classes start on September 28th.
