PSU Student Development Breakfast (Portland)

$20 – $45What would you do with four acres of prime real estate next to a new light rail stop? Aided by mentors from NAIOP Oregon, a team of five PSU graduate students have been given the challenge to produce a development plan for Portland State University’s University Place Hotel.
Located at Fourth Avenue, SW Lincoln Street, and I-405, University Place is a 235-room hotel in need of refurbishment or redevelopment. The university is open to all redevelopment ideas for this large and unique development site adjacent to their campus.
The students will reveal their detailed proposal at this event, and hear reactions from PSU President Wim Wiewel and a panel of commercial real estate owners and developers.
