What would you do with fourteen acres of prime downtown real estate nestled between the Pearl District and Union Station? Aided by mentors from NAIOP Oregon, a team of Portland State graduate students has been given the challenge to produce a redevelopment plan for a US Post Office site.

Bordered by NW Lovejoy, Broadway, Hoyt, and Ninth Streets, the Portland Development Commission is interested in innovative ideas for what will likely be the city’s largest redevelopment project ever.
