What would you build on three blocks in Portland’s central east side? How would you develop two downtown city blocks? Come and see the work of two teams of Portland State University graduate students as they present their ideas.

The east side team will present their recommendations for the ODOT blocks recently acquired by Prosper Portland. The west side team will offer recommendations for two city blocks owned by a Japanese company and the Archdiocese of Portland. Each team will respond to challenges including inclusionary zoning, historic preservation, interagency cooperation, and market conditions. A panel of industry professionals will respond to each proposal, with PSU’s Gerard Mildner moderating.
