RMLS™ Broker Education Series (Bend)

FreeRMLS™ invites Bend-area REALTORS® to join us at a free event at Mount Bachelor!
Schedule:
9:00am-12:00PM: Law and Rule Required Course All new in 2014! This is a mandatory course in law and rule changes that affect a licensee’s requirement to practice real estate. Covers new issues for property management, trust accounts, license renewal, radon, plus a review of recent administrative actions and what they mean to brokers and managers. You’ll be surprised at how engaging real estate laws and rules can be! All Oregon licensees are required to have this course for each two-year license renewal period.
1:30pm – 4:30pm: Understanding Appraisals and BPOs
This free course covers the residential appraisal process, giving the REALTOR® a look into the mind of the appraiser and the regulations appraisers have to adhere to. A residential BPO model will be presented to REALTORS® who attend the class. This BPO model is a whole and complete market price estimating software that is modeled after the residential process that appraisers follow. This software, SmartBPO, is free to all REALTORS® who attend the class and learn how to use it.
