Taking Back Control of the Appraisal Process (Tigard)

RMLS™ invites all interested real estate professionals to Taking Back Control of the Appraisal Process. Scott Hamling will cover how to provide an appropriate appraisal packet, what can and cannot be said per Dodd/Frank guidelines, and how to handle a request for reconsideration of a value. Attendees will also learn about the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Collateral Underwriter System.
Two sessions will be offered (July 31 and August 1) covering the same information. This class is worth up to 4 CE in Oregon. This event is free.
