This class focuses on why basements and crawlspaces leak, how to fix the problem in remodeling construction, as well as ways to prevent water intrusion at building. The class will discuss decreasing relative humidity and prevent issues such as mold and structural damage caused by water in a home. John will answer all questions regarding the sealing of a crawlspace and indoor air quality issues that arise from a crawlspace.
