FreeRMLS™ will host a free class given by Jo Becker of Fair Housing Council of Oregon on February 28th at the RMLS™ office in Portland.
What’s New in Fair Housing: What REALTORS® Need to Know will update attendees on federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Jo will share stories and case laws to illustrate what not to do; advise REALTORS® on advertising, and encourage attendees to become fair housing advocates in their business.
The class is worth 3 CE credits for Oregon licensees, but registration is required.
