RMLSweb
Our subscriber website provides access to the tools, training, and data that real estate professionals require, including our full and historical listing database, tax records, statistics, and more. The RMLS database holds an archive of over two million listings and tax records. Subscribers can easily search our active listings using a wide set of parameters to target the right property options for their clients. They can also manage listings, communicate with Buyer’s Agents, Seller’s Agents, and clients, create property flyers, and access statistical summaries. RMLSweb provides an impressive set of tools and capabilities for REALTORSⓇ to leverage for their business.
RMLS Mobile
Our mobile app, available for most Android and Apple phones, delivers an adapted version of our subscriber-only website for easy data access while in the field. Users can search addresses by MLS#, find properties within a one-mile radius of a listing, or email other agents via active links.

Paragon
RMLS has partnered with Black Knight to provide RMLS subscribers the option of using Paragon, an MLS portal with innovative and leading-edge capabilities. Paragon’s powerful mobile-first Collaboration Center provides a user-friendly means to strengthen broker relationships with both buyers and sellers. This feature-rich online tool allows brokers and agents to seamlessly interact with buyers and sellers in real time, delivering a superior tool to engage clients with.
Training
RMLS offers classes, both in-person and online, to help subscribers get the maximum benefit from their subscription. This includes an orientation class for new subscribers, complimentary training classes on a variety of subjects (including our RMLSweb.com subscriber website and SentriLock services), and one-on-one video training opportunities. We also offer custom-built on-site training classes for offices.
Many of our facilities have “open house” hours where subscribers can drop in to get specific questions answered one-on-one with an RMLS trainer.
Data Accuracy
Our Data Accuracy department ensures the quality and accuracy of listing information by responding to complaints, proactively monitoring data, identifying marketplace changes which could affect listing content, and educating subscribers about the rules.
Help Desk
Our dedicated Help Desk team provides assistance to subscribers with a wide spectrum of RMLS matters, from general inquiries to assisting with product questions to recovering passwords. The Help Desk is available via phone, email, chat or in-person session.
Distribution Services
RMLS provides data distribution support for our subscribers. Our Distribution Services team works with Internet Data Exchange (IDX) and Virtual Office Website (VOW) service providers to give subscribers a variety of choices when developing their own broker websites. RMLS provides listings, as appropriate, to REALTOR.com as well as thousands of individual broker websites.

Third-Party Services
RMLS has contracted with an array of third-party tools and services to augment the business options available to our subscribers.
Oregon Real Estate Forms (OREF) has contracted with multiple forms providers to administer the licensing of the OREF forms library.
RatePlug allows homebuyers to view real-time mortgage products, payments, and other mortgage details specific to each property they view through the Client Rate Plug report on RMLSweb. RatePlug also lets lenders prepare detailed, co-branded marketing flyers in seconds that contain property details, property images, agent photo, company logo, as well as mortgage details for open house events.
ListTrac provides online activity reporting for real estate brokers and agents offering unbiased, actionable marketing intelligence in one place to help guide listing campaigns. Brokers, agents, and MLS executives can keep a pulse on the performance of their listings with metrics including listing views, leads, shares, and favorites captured from major portals, broker sites, and MLS systems while keeping sellers informed with a weekly report showing how their listing is performing online.
