Back in the old old days they used to publish (in the sales stats) how many sales were VA, FHA, Conv, and cash. Any chance that can be done on a monthly or quarterly basis?
Thanks for your question, Mike. We’re going to look into that option and give it some consideration. In the meantime, RMLS subscribers can pull this information from RMLSweb using the following procedure:
1. Open RMLSweb and click on “Market Stats” under the statistics header.
2. Under the report type drop down, select “Comparable Summary.”
3. In the bottom right of the page, locate the “Sold Terms” menu and select which sold term you’d like to find the total for.
4. Fill out any other criteria you would like to track (date ranges, area, etc.).
5. Click “Search” in the top right of the page.
6. Scroll down to the report data tables. Locate the “Total Sold” column and go to the “Summary” row (the last row in the table).
This should show the total sold count for the sold term with the criteria specified. To find another sold term sold count total, click “revise search” in the top right of the page and repeat steps 3-6.
