    why is Home Snaps data so delayed compared to Redfin and Zillow? Just curious. Thank you

    Hi Dayna,
    All vendors, brokers or otherwise that are allowed a connection to our RETS server have the same speed of access. There is no discrepancy on our server side between clients, they all get the same speed of access. It is up to the client’s (Redfin, Homesnap, Realtor.com, etc.) infrastructure to determine how quickly they provide those updates to the consumer.”
