WASHINGTON
- New Listings: 938 (-164)
- Active Listings: 1,711 (-53)
- Closed Sales: 827 (-82)
- Inventory 2.1 (+0.2)
- TMT: 37 (+7)

- New Listings drop 37 spots from previous month
- North Coastal
- New Listings fall 76 spots from 232 in August to 134 in September
STREAKS
- Baker County
- Fourth month of decreased TMT, down to 41
- Polk & Marion
- Active listings increased for the eigth straight month, going up to 569
STREAK BREAKERS (NEW CATEGORY!)
- Coos County
- After 8 months of increasing Active Listings, Coos saw a decrease down to 210 this month
- After 5 months of increased Pending Sales, those went down to 94 in September.

- Lane County
- Pending Sales were below 400 (at 381) for the first time since February 2022.
- Polk & Marion
- Highest Inventory (2.7) since January 2020
- Highest Active listings (569) since November 2019
- Lowest Pending Sales (214) since December 2021
- Portland Metro
- Highest Inventory (2.2) since May 2020
- Lowest Pending Sales (2003) since December 2021
- SW Washington
- Lowest New Listings (747) since January 2020
- Highest TMT (35) since January 2021
