  • Active Listings: 1,711 (-53)
  • Closed Sales: 827 (-82)

    • New Listings drop 37 spots from previous month

    • Fourth month of decreased TMT, down to 41

    • Active listings increased for the eigth straight month, going up to 569

    • After 8 months of increasing Active Listings, Coos saw a decrease down to 210 this month
    • After 5 months of increased Pending Sales, those went down to 94 in September.

    • Pending Sales were below 400 (at 381) for the first time since February 2022.
  • Polk & Marion
    • Highest Inventory (2.7) since January 2020
    • Highest Active listings (569) since November 2019
